No join CT/T

Can anyone make me that plugin that doing Players can't join CT or T good if u can set so i can change T and CT

But just do so Players cant Join CT PS.

it must be when i start the server/map change so they must go 30 Secounds and then it load

And it must be better if u can do so it will Load every 60 Secounds(1 minut.)
