it doesnt work on ClientVersion=1091, console closed after starting. please fix.

in 1093 version in dedicated server heroes have 0 mana cost & 0 spell cool down ,please help me how to fix these things

is't not a d2fixups issue. check dota_ability_debug_enable parameter in you .cfg files.

it doesnt work on ClientVersion=1117, client can not connect to server(#GameUI_ServerRequireSteam).
please fix.
