Sometimes if normal run server without errors crashs and more, players can not connect to the server, server must be restarted for able connecting for players.

Why is it hapenning?

if not just new players cant connect but players that already are on server cant move

Just players on already connected on server can normal play but new players who want connect to server cant connect
