The windows client is kind of unmaintained. Probably because of dordnung's lack of time. I'd recommend retrieving reports via discord or RSS.

No. It might make sense to just handle the last one when no id was given but that requires rewriting a bit of code. Handling the call from outside the game would be nice but we have to validate an admin in some way.
CallAdmin has been in maintenance support for a while now and there's no active development of new features planned.
The discord module is purely one way. It doesn't listen to discord messages.

When I use calladmin, first of all my windows client crashes, second of all it crashes the server.

This is what it shows before crashes, and in the log it's empty.

You can enable MessageBot's debug mode with

PHP Code:

sm_calladmin_steam_debug "1" 


which might give some more information. Accelerator can be useful to investigate crashes.
Unfortunately the CallAdmin client and MessageBot extension are dordnungs's territory and I'm not sure if he has time to investigate and potentially fix this.

the plugin calladmin_steam.smx crashed server, the other Plugins from CallAdmin plugins are fixed and updatet, but the steam one, not working :-(

It's most likely not the plugin but the MessageBot extension it uses. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do about that. See here.
