How to restrict weapons ?

Hello ! I wanted to know if it could be possible to restrict a weapon during the game ?
Because actually i only can restrict weapons by removing them from the cssdm.cfg
But i'd like to be able to restrict them during the game, because when I restrict them with many admin plugin, people can take them yet.
If you could speak easily, it would be kind because i'm french and it's hard to understand.

There is currently no restriction system built into CS:S DM.

The flashbang and smoke are removed fine, its the hegrenade that I can't seem to disable. I've tried all I could think of and don't know why there loading, any comments?
