It's been a while since I ran a server, and was looking for plugins for my TF2 server that would help with Auto Balance Immunity, End of Round Immunity from being killed, & Alltalk at the End of each Round. I looked, and there is so much on here now, I am having trouble finding what I need.

Also is there a plugin that folks with the "a" admin flag only can call a vote if there is trouble and no admin is present on the server to take action for the problem at hand?
