Iirc Worldlab also got a free version of BB if this the software you want to use. But remember that most free versions are limited in use and functions.

Phant saied that you should search for "free CMS".
CMS means content management system. It is software designed for forums and most if not all are expandable with addons you need for your needs.
Sorry, bur i'm not going to answere you in german as i would have write everything in both languages. Simply search for "kostenloses CMS" on google and i'm pretty sure you will find one.
