I have a doubt about this plugin, Can someone tell me about this plugin rtc, i mean if players type rtv will it give a vote of "map / mod" then on the basis of winners it will give vote

For eg : if mod came in vote it will give vote of only mods and then it will give vote of maps according to the winning mod

Or

If map came it will give vote of current running mod

If not can someone give me plugin with these features or can edit ?
