I talked to my host and they informed me that it is a very unusual host to release the "input" .sock from mysql to their clients. They are right?

you dont need a sock file to connect to a mysql database, you can use an ip and port if the mysql server is available for access outside of LAN.

as i understand it, your host does not supply you with a mysql database, then why not try the 2nd option i suggested? just add another sqlite database and make the plugin use it instead of storage-local

yes, but you have to delete "buyammo1" console cmd from the source code and recompile it or else people will be able to use it with buyammo1
