Once he puts the models on a public server they can be downloaded and the plugin could easily be created as there is already several prop spawning plugins on this forum already. Not to mention my private build gamemode i never released or finished for cs:go.

Yes, I'm sure attempting to patent/trademark Epic's intellectual property would work out very well. In fact, using or mirroring their content is already a huge no-no.
