Wheres the EXACT Directory i install AMX Mod X too for dedicated server or listen server from launching CZ

Now my friends think i need to compile some files? which files and where they go?

You don't need to compile anything for Dedicated install to your Czero folder so it should look like this :

Your friends are correct. There's only four or five that have to be changed in the default setup.
Just go through the source of cstrike specific .sma files and look for lines similar to this..
if ( ( g_cstrikeRunning = is_running("cstrike") ) != 0 )
and change them to..

if ( ( g_cstrikeRunning = is_running("czero") ) != 0 )
IIRC, there's only the one line in each file.

next problem, i managed to fix all that and get amxx working but when i type amx_help it brings up the commands and then says:
