Is it possible for maps to be nominatable but they to not exist on the list of maps and to appear only when someone nominated it?

Another Problem: Voting with mp_maxrounds occurs too early. Kind of at 50% rounds. Instead of 90%.
Like the voting should start at the end of the map.
Example at 18 or 19th round! If total rounds = 20
But it starts on 10th to 13th round, which is way too early.

Hello!

I use this plugin for Sven Coop and it runs very good!
After the last Sven Coop server update come this problem:

Sven Coop have a default votemap menu to vote a map.
I have both on server galileo rtv and default vote, but now after this sven coop server update the votemap default plugin loads a random map and i dont know why?
