[TF2] Anti Donor Abuse

Description
A simple plugin that prevents donors from abusing their powers while on the server. Originally made for my unusual trading server, I have decided to release it publicly.

Features

Player cannot do damage (to buildings or players) while resized, in God mode, or in a kart
Players cannot sap buildings while resized or in God mode
Players cannot airblast while resized or in God mode
Players cannot heal other players while resized or in God mode

Thank you for sharing the plugin! We found that tiny players cannot rocket or sticky jump. Is there a way around this?

Just an afterthought...is there a way to have the resized player immune to damage? The bumper cart plugin we are using ([TF2] Bumper Cars by Chdata) has that as an option (damage block for non-drivers attacking drivers). That option would be great for this plugin! That way the little people can run around and have fun without fear of being killed.

I don't believe that is in the scope of this plugin, but you can use another command like !god to prevent them from taking damage.
