Hi, i have put your plugin onto my server but ingame nothing pops up.

sm plugins : "NotifyMOTD" (0.2) by Wilczek, KaOs, Bacardi but when i say !rules or i do it by admin menu, nothing pops up

Are you sure you put r_rules.html in the Public folder? Instead of running the webpage, Dropbox redirects to download page.

To be honest, I have no idea how to do this. As I mentioned at the very beginning, I'm not a coder
