This plugin is not free of major bugs while running under any version of amxmodx. New rounds screw up the ownership query, so will a flash nade that doesn't flash anyone.

I fixed the major bugs, still some small bugs that will temp get nade ownership confused when nades are rapidly spammed, should be able to fix that if i can find a way to hook the flash nade explosion when no one gets flashed by it. My trial and error coding left the code a little sloppy.

I added a new mode that is set by default;
2 : only flash teammates when an enemy is also flashed by the same nade.

Thats the way your suppose to use flashes, drop a flash, the moment it goes off you rush in and kill everyone in sight.
Unfortunatley alot of people in pubs don't play this way and delay to long, making flashing pointless.

This plugin looks good to me man, I can't wait to try it out on our server and stop the stupid people who like to Team flash everyone at the beginning of a round and maybe put a end to some of the random stupid flashing that gets done by people.
