when i say "!models" it says "you dont have permission....." and if i change the "admins" before "full admins" in "models.ini" everyone can chnge skin... how do i change so only i can change skin cuz im the admin.. and only the admin shall have the skin.. plss help

Hey, I have all the models set up. But player models don't change.
