@Franc1sco, if I remember, those maybe disappear after map change... maybe

They are probably just because the flashlight sound is missing from the gamesounds file..

Yep, because Valve never intended the flashlight to be used they removed the sounds. Use the Cleaner extension to prevent your logs being spammed with those and other errors.

...these usually happens when player use (spam) command just before map change.
Can be fix adding IsClientInGame check before IsPlayerAlive.

instead of +lookatweapon, can you have it bind to the radio3 ?



edit: I tried editing the plugin but it doesnt seem to work, I think the hook has to have a + in front
