Change '+hostport 27015' to '+hostport 27017' then restart your server and try again. (Assuming the issue is connecting to the wrong LAN server)

Sorry for the last post but are you setting +ip to your global IP or to your internal IP? It has to be your internal IP of the machine.

in srcds launch parameters...
use + sign to change game cvars
use - sign for srcds options, what you find from valve wiki site steam commands

so either remove whole +ip or change to -ip

It wouldn't let me use hostport 27017, but I don't see why the port would affect that.

The IP is set to my ipv4 address (not the IP you get from whatismyip.com) which used to work in the past.

+ip is the same as -ip according to the Valve Developer Wiki, just older. Changing it to - didn't fix it anyway. (I'm not sure what my internal IP is exactly).

Running the server still makes it so I can't connect to valve servers/any servers at all on the same machine.

PHP Code:
C:\TF2\srcds.exe -console -game tf -tickrate 66 -ip x.x.x.+hostport 27017 -maxplayers 24 -tickrate 66 +randommap
^ Not working (yes there's a real IP there not just x's).

try remove both ip and port parameters, let srcds pick them.
can you see server console anywhere, what output message it gives you ?

That worked perfectly, thanks!

(The only thing different was that it put me on 27016 olo)

hmmm, I just wanted to know what message it gives you on server consome when you try ip and ports.

next time add these
+con_timestamp 1 +con_logfile myfile.txt

you get server output into file, but don't forget leave those, it create huge file in long period.

I have noticed this with my testing server as well. Best choice would to be either have it hosted professionally or purchase another IP and have the server run off another modem/router.
