You might want to remove config.php in the SourceBans-v1.3.0.zip file. It's got your (test?) database information in.

Also, there's a random file in /images/games/ called "Olly.chan". Seems to be something to do with IRC.

1.2.0 and yeah i did because it got stuck at 112.php saying update failed

Can you remember what the first error was? i should have been different to what you posted. As it will be different after running it once.
