is there anyone among you that can make a (clay) pigeons shooting mod/add on to Counterstrike:Source?

I can think of even better shooting practice. Just add a bunch of bots and then god your self.

The thing is, throw a flash at a bot's feet and you have your meat.
I wanna see things flying around that can be shot down!
You mustn't know where thay are coming from, just a quick aim and shoot!!
