Help enable and disable menu options.

First to thank the staff of the forum who make plugins. For you guys L4D2 my server is getting better.


Help 1 - Kick players
As shown in the image below, I want the option to disable all have to ask permission to kick.

how and where to turn off this option to kick?
I want only administrators of the server or rcon kick players.


Help 2 - take a break
I want to enable the option to take a break in the game as well. when the player is in the bathroom it can get to make your character around with everyone, and naum WAY AFK.
