I - Description

This is plugin made long time ago and didn't remeber from who I took the code. Anyway I re-made it for me and my friends cause when a stranger was kick cause of his ping you could see in chat the wrong language.

drapi_high_ping_kicker_max_ping - Max ping allowed
drapi_high_ping_kicker_max_checks - Number of max checks after kick
drapi_high_ping_kicker_start_check - Time after timer start
drapi_high_ping_kicker_admin_immune - Enable/Disable Admin immunity

Does this burden the server much? I remember using this kind of plugin and it was too active so it caused lagging or something..
