ClientPrefs No Load b/c of ClientPrefs Ext

This is for a TF2 server.

SM 1.1.0, MM:S 1.7

Following occurs for many maps. At times crashes the server. I've reuploaded both the plugin and the extension to the server. Loaded from HLSW and got the same "Unable.." message.

Code:

[SM] Unable to load plugin "clientprefs.smx": Required extension "Client Preferences" file("clientprefs.ext") not running
L 01/12/2009 - 21:36:01: Error log file session closed.

Any thoughts, suggestions?

Do you have your databases.cfg file properly configured?

This would not crash the server, ever. Check that databases.cfg changes have been merged properly if you upgraded from 1.0 to 1.1.

I had inadvertently commented out the default input of the file, thinking that they were not needed.

Everything appears good so far.
