if you used my installer with nothing else added, you should have no problems, but my guess is you are trying to add things that were scripted for amx 9.8a to it.

the only problem I have found is that with amxmodx 0.20 is that some sma's will recompile error free and yet still not work as they should.

one example, if you have a hero with a custom model, in the sma you need to change 2 lines, where ever you find -1, change it to 0

these, without being changed, will cause you server to loop continuously and crash it, even though it compiled error free

what you need to do is wait, amxmodx is superior, but putting recompiled custom heros from 9.8a on it is like putting training wheels on a motorcycle, it just wasn't meant for it. jtp will get to it all eventually, but it is alot to fix

RC6 is newest stable 0.20,

www.amxmodx.org/nightly/ are the nightly builds, they are currently broken.
