Need help stop speed hackers

hello people

i need a plugin that stop speed hack
is there a way too block cheat engine at all?
soon as they turn on cheat engine, they will be kicked automaticly.

name called kuma games
i run allready 10 years dedicated server.
google it if u dont anything about kuma games.
i know non steam, no suport.
u dont need steam too play it but there is a connection with steam.
they have plans too become a full steam game.
its not a illegal game.
i still need some help by stop those speed hackers.
i dont understand why there is not a plugin that detects cheat engine.
soon if they turn on cheat engine they should be kicked

If you do know that we do not support nosteam users then you should leave. Really? Well I hope valve knows about it.

The "nosteam = no support" thing means that we can't support illegal servers. Servers running games which are on Steam, but are also running modifications that allow pirated game clients to connect, are not allowed to be supported here.

KumaGames is a company that creates games mostly using Valve's Source engine. However, the games do not use Steam authentication, nor are they available on Steam. The entire game is, legally, independent from Steam.

Support is allowed in this case, as no laws are being broken. Support may be difficult, however, due to the fact that Steam IDs don't exist in these games, among other reasons.

i have downloaded many plugins here for the last 10 years for my dedicated server that i run by kuma games...
Only The plugins that use steam ID are a problem for me too use, but there are many plugins and they dont have anything to do with steam ID, so those are no problem for me too use.
