Hi, Im new into this plugin and scripting on cs,long story short i don't know anything and i need this plugin to be .amxx (already ready only to put in) i don't know how to edit stuff and i don't have 'scripting' folder into the panel, so if someone wanna do it for me i would appriciate that alot

You won't get an .amxx file here and there's no valid reason for you to ask of such a thing
Download AMXX from the official website and compile it - https://www.amxmodx.org/
