AMXX is Not Working On Pubs.

I am trying to install AMXX mod to CS v1.6 V40 DigitalZone in A Pub where me and My friends play. The Pub owner uses a software "iCafe Manager". Running Windows XP. I am trying to install AMXX manually as Stated here https://wiki.alliedmods.net/Installi...mod_x_manually. I Cross checked and everything was fine, But I was unable to start a server , it ended up with a error.
I installed the same way in my PC and The Mod is working With 0 errors . Can any1 Tell me a solution for this Problem.

I Made It Worked

, but I am Facing Lag and as well as clients server when I Start a Match Through Amx Match Deluxe Plugin.
Any Ways I can Make my Server Run Faster, lag free.

I tried cl_updaterate 101 , sv_maxrate 25000...Etc.
Or any Ways to make my PC Run Faster.
