Havent been using sourcemod ever anyone got suggestions for plugins that i need to have and cfg files that you can send me?

Im trying to open a csgo surf server i know how to do it in 1.6 but not go so any help is appriciated thanks

I was thinking more of if there was a premade plugin with the commands like !restart to restart from the begining etc
