What would be Ideal ticrate and fps_max for Server.

I'm using

fps_max 1000
ticrate 1000

And these are the results I'm getting.

CPU In Out Uptime Users FPS Players
15.00 36.49 53.37 1343 1136 799.37 5

So, what ticrate and fps_max, would be Ideal for my server?
