I was looking today a few plugins witch replace sound of the radio, and I didnt find any that really works without a adicional module like Content Replacer. I already test http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=93746 but gives a error that people already post in the plugin thread and the author didnt anwser.
I wanna know if this is even possible (replace radio sounds) and if anyone have knowledge of on plugin that do the job well.

Not what I need, but thx anyway xb. I want some way to replace the original radio sounds.

I think you can't do that, or you need to hook if a radio sound gets played, block the sound, and play your custom sound, if it's possible.
