dont think that it could be usefull.

It would be better to make good tutorials then a gui. Somebody who is not willing to learn, should not run a server (to dangerous).

No really, it would be better to make more documentation, and to make multilanguagesupport!!!! then a gui. A gui would only be for Win-Users and you can not use it with ssh, if you dont have a graphic shell.

I already played with the thought to make a german and a french version of amx mod x, but for this I must be shure, that most of the work will be usable for future versions.

And the tutorial could be enlarged. Things like:
How do I configure the random map chooser?
How do I configure the teleportplugin (it still not works for me, even out of the box, dont know why)?
How do I add commands to the slap/slaymenu?
How do I modify the map- change-commandmenu without changing the mapchooser?
How do I create...

i disagree.
Think about big server farms. They know how to install it but when a new version comes out they are plagued by please upgrade my amxx to latest version (or will ;) ) think about how useful and how much time it will save these people for the auto update feature alone, not to mention the copy configs.

The main thing I want to come from this is a unified interface that will allow me to schedule updates and not only that, allow me to select what things to update. Then after the update auto-recompile all my plugins. For me its convience. I've been running amx for a long time, and have now moved to amxx. I know how to do it.. but it would be nice if we could finally get an auto-update utility from the DEVELOPER, instead of some ok attempts by third parties.
