I have been researching on how to add a plugin for it to read the flags from a different file, such as AdminPrefixes by m0skVi4a. But it was too complex to look and try to create, I got no results. Not in some trials.

What I seek here is a light on how to develop this function.

Looking at existing plugins that do what you want is the quickest method IMO (assuming it's not too abstracted or convoluted).

Since you are scripting, you should search the Scripting Help forum. I'm quite sure someone has asked this question before or something very similar.

What I seek is the following: instead of to check the flag for the player by sma plugin, the same check the file I set the flag.

I want to change the flag from the file, like a cvar for example.
