Is there any way to make this easier?
It works normally when first run, then too, but takes to check the players and display this message, I need something in real time.

The only other option you really have is to check at the times where the number of players in a team changes. E.g. Team join, disconnect, etc.

Do you think I can use "register_message( get_user_msgid( "TextMsg" ), "Message_TextMsg" );" ?!

No, you should NEVER use register_message if you don't want to alter a param of the message or block it under specifics circumstances.
Use register_event (TextMsg, TeamInfo, dunno), or find another method.
