How do I "link" my web panel with my browser?

It was smooth sailing while installing the Store and setting up the webpanel until I got to:

Open the link to your Webpanel in your browser (usually this is http://LINK-TO-YOUR-WEBSPACE/UPLOAD-DIR)

It would be great if someone could give an example of this and how I would go about doing it.

So I have a new problem, I have the store loaded and I can now open the menu. But I don't know how to add categories like Trails, Hats, Titles, Sounds, etc..

It says I need to open my Store Web Panel, and I'm still not too use on how to go about doing that.
