Seems pretty simple to me.

This is a bad way. Such method can be done only for standart ASCII symbols and ruins sourcemod multilangual support per player.

I have been unable to get the !deathbeam menu to work on servers that use the deathbeam. The menu pops up but settings won't stay and menu simply disappears. Why is it set up like that?
