install 1.8.2-dev-hg24-base
and 1.8.2-dev-hg24-cstrike

just C/P them into thier proper location through ftp (make sure you have the right OS)

if you DL'd the link you said you did you either used the wrong OS package or didn't install it correctly. because all those versions should be updated to 1.8.2 NOT 1.8.1


Question: when you're looking at a cfg/log/ini file from your server....
1. what program are you using to read it (notepad?)
2. are the lines of the files jumbled together with a box to seperate them or seperate and organized?

Nevermind solved, my antivirus detected some files as a virus and as I know they aren't. I tolerated them
