This is why I always download the source code of plugins, run through it, remove anything I don't need and then compile myself.

Do you have a crash dump or Accelerator link?

Cheats can hook chat too and then block the sending of the message.

Well myself and X were looking through plugins with SmxViewer, and this old "lastx.smx" plugin causes SmxViewer to crash because of an "invalid string index"

Luckily this isn't my issue because I wouldn't be able to post Accelerator logs because Accelerator refuses to log crashes for me (and has been doing so for months now)

"Failed to upload crash dump: The requested URL returned error: 400 (22)"

I've updated the extension to the latest version, still the same bug.

Somehow the guy is triggering watchdoghandler to fuck the server up, I think? I could always be wrong.

That means that the generated crash dump was empty, that's normally due to either the server crashing again while generating the crash dump, or configuration on your host blocking ptrace access (such as OVH's default kernel config).
