For example:
register_srvcmd("amx_xxx","xxx")
you know when we type "amxx cmds" into console and show:

Quote:
amxx cmds
Registered commands:
name access type plugin
[ 1] amx_addadmin h console admin.amxx
[ 2] amx_addban d console admincmd.amxx
[ 3] amx_xxx x server amx_xxx.amxx
.....
so how to ?

because you just can't... unless you want to hook the 'say' command and do it from there.
