Doesn't seem to check out. My IP is not listed on any of those: http://i.imgur.com/UJ7D4ig.png
After one of my admins was able to get in (and 10-something got the same 'spam' error) they get a 404 error

Using the direct link https://git.tf I was able to sing up for an account, still get a 404 error when trying to reach your project.
Took it upon myself to use the search function to find your name, found 18 public projects, TeamBans was not one of them
