The "look" changed, because you most likely selected "Always use this program" when you tried to first open the .sma And because Windows didn't recognize the file extension you were asked to "Open it from the Net" or from a list of programs, something like that. So when you selected Notepad with the Always us this option checked, it changed the icon of all .sma files. So it will automatically open the file with Notepad, no worries.

If you want to change it back to w/e right click the file and hit Open With...

how can i get amx_moneymsg is off? i have write amx_moneymsg in my amxx_cgf and recompile the sma with amx_moneymsg 0.but always in my server all can see it , when i give me some money.please help me!!

"Read this below" ? The message? When its enabled everybody can read teh money message. When its disabled, well obviously it wont show anybody.
