All of my data are correct and the server is running with the latest plugin!?

I was hoping that this would solve the issues that I have been having with the current Version (1.4.10) that I am running now since the TF2 Update that changed the Steam_ID's.

Perhaps I might contact a IT Firm I have found that used to assist the Valve Corporation with technical support and get them to re-write SourceBans so that it will now function correctly again. I know it may cost a fair amount of money for me to do this, but at least I will have something that works.
