AM Interface messed up?

That looks like it is about the size of a single rendering tile - I suggest reporting a bug with your browser vendor but it is probably hardware failure.

I think I had that rarely when I used Chrome as well, a page refresh would fix it. But I've been using Firefox Quantum on both Windows and Linux for some time now and I haven't encountered that.

I always used Chrome and never had such issue. It's probably something else.

That might be the case, but I've been using Chrome since the first day, never liked Firefox.
