[TF2] Contracts unblocker plugin

Is it possible to make plugin that allow to complete new contracts on non-valve servers?

Why the actual fuck would they allow this lmao. People could very easily cheat for the contracts on community servers (not to mention that ruins the whole point of contracts which are working for something, not having it be given to you easily).

It would also pull players away from Valve servers and we all know they wouldn't stand for that.

The problem with trying to trick the server in this case is threefold, because there are 3 different connections going on here.

1. TF2 Client is talking to the game server.
2. TF2 Client is talking to the TF Game Coordinator.
3. The Game server is talking to the TF Game Coordinator.

#2 you have absolutely no control over.
#3 you don't know what data Valve's game servers send to/from the Game Coordinator.
