Map Bans

Information :
Ever had a player acting gay on a single map,
or abusing bugs in a single map but you dont want to ban him from your server for that?
Now you can ban players for a specific map.

Commands :
amx_mapban username mapcount(Player has to be in the server and will be banned on the current map.)
mapcount = his ban will be removed after the map he is banned from is played x times (0=permanent)
amx_mapunban mapname authid (authid = Steam : x : xxxxxxxx or somthing like this :p)
amx_removemapbans mapname (removes the mapbans file)

Installation :
Instal the plugin just like any other plugin, but dont forget to put the Mapbans.txt in your data/lang/ directory.

- Save file path in global name, generate it in plugin_init.
- You can create folder your self using something like this if( !dir_exists( ur_dir ) ) mkdir( ur_dir );
- You could use trie for bans instead of always loading file

Wow man, a niceeeeeeeeeeeee good idea... this remember me a plugin for vbulletin to ban for specifics threads or forums =p. Good job!
