so, i have two servers. on one this plugin is working fine, only admins can use it, just like needed. but on the other one for some reason anybody can use it, both are installed correctly i just have no idea what's going on...i'm thinking maybe there is a plugin interfering? so i'm showing what's loaded on both for a better clue as to what's going on.
first server(one that it works fine on)

Did you maybe check your overrides on the server that isn't working?

i had same "problem"
just put this into your overrides as DarthNinja said and it will work again (change the flag to whatever of course)

i never set the overrides on either server, i guess i can try this. hopefully it works

I need help with this.
1: The overrides don't do jack
2: Is there any way to turn a player into a civilian as soon as god/buddha mode is enabled on them

Never mind I'm stupid again. Worked after I added the greens.
