Hello, I'm running an extremely good HLDS cstrike 1.6 server, super low pings for players and no lag bullets. Every one who plays loves the server and we have many regulars now. Only problem is our traffic flow from random joining users is not very high.

What is the best sv_region i can use? Is there any way of getting servers to show up better in the server lists? feedback would be appreciated!

I have heard somewhere that setting sv_region 255 works sometimes more better than other options.
However, If you are having problems with your server not being shown in Browser then please go through this forums to find similar threads.

Problems have been reported when sv_region 255 displayed the servers last in the query.

Thankyou very much for the support guys, very much appreciated. The only problem is i have used this sv_region command on sv_region 3 and i dont get a good listing in Europe. I know my servers bogo ping is extremely good i dont understand why it doesnt show up. I think this may be a problem for everyone and not just certain people. Thanks for the support tho i'll try some other options.

Set it to 255.

That shouldn't be a problem if you have server's sorted by PING.

Delete - this seems to be a different problem because the OP *can* see the server (see here) if changing regions.
