I don't know why , but I can't open my steam account when I tried to open it manually it will keep showing with new update but the update never done . Help!

Sounds like steam is blocked from internet. Check your firewall and/or router settings. __________________ P.M.C Clan pmcfighters.co.nr

Try to delete ClientRegistry.blob and Steam.dll from Steam/ folder (backup them in case). __________________ - tired and retired - - my plugins -
