Hey I'm looking for two plugins, I've tried searching for them on the forums but with no success.

I'm looking for one plugin that sets the player model of players with the flag a, its for my vips. Obviouslly it will need to be able to do this for other flags too like the flag z for admins and so on.

The other plugin I'm looking for needs to set chat prefixes for players with say flag a that is for my vips and so on for z for admins too.

Its probably floating around here somewhere but I cant really seem to find it anywhere but if its the case that it isnt allready made I would love to see someone create it.
