long version..... the router does NAT (network address translation) which is why you get a special LAN IP (192.168.2.100 or something). the NAT is a natural firewall. Having a software firewall on your computer also is totally useless unless you are so dumb that you purposly install viruses and like to open attachments from random e-mails that look like viruses. Also... actually a firewall wont really stop viruses, but it will stop worms (kinda like a virus). Anyway.... the NAT stops worms too cause the router will just ignore the crap since it doesn't know where to send it and no one asked for it. If you have stupid Zone Alarm or the retarded mcafee firewall just uninstall the POS, you computer will thank you.

POS = piece of shit

if the server runs fine with the mcafee firewall and you did not havwe to configure it.... guess what, the firewall is doing absolutly nothing at all. And it sucks anyway and is wasting your computers resources. I went straight into the internet (no router no firewall) for like 6 years and NEVER EVER got one virus or worm... or got hacked or anything. All this fucking firewall software is total BS and you only need it if your a nub and like to install viruses and worms on your computer yourself, or you refuse to keep your OS updated...

ok I'm done ranting now....

BTW... what a surprise.... these two guys have the same IP and they both equally as retarded as the other.... gee I wonder how that could happen?

YOU NEED TO FORWARD PORT 27015 (or w/e port the server is running on) TO YOUR INTERNAL LAN IP.

END OF STORY.

Do not ask anymore retarded questions or tell us anymore useless retarded crap.
