How many server can put on it if connection does not matter?

Fine box, at least 10 servers but the internet connection speed is important

HLDS is only single threaded.

I'm not sure about the actual server because I don't run them, but I believe the client programs are multi-threaded. You could check out the Srcds forums here and @ Steampowered.
